Returns & Refund Policies

Once you receive your order please inspect your tiles as soon as possible and contact us immediately if there are any faults or other issues.

Please choose carefully as cancellation / refunds cannot be given for change of mind once we have received your order.

Returns/Refunds can be given only if following conditions are met.

  • The acceptance timeline for returns is 14 days after invoice

  • Return shipping is to be arranged and paid for by customer

  • Special order tiles cannot be returned or exchange

  • No returns, refunds, or cancellations will be accepted on extras ordered

  • Your request has been approved by a team member
